TERMS OF SALE
This aircraft is offered to the prospective purchaser with a standard pre-purchase inspection of the aircraft at a mutually agreeable location in normal operating and airworthy condition as determined by the due diligence of the purchaser.

No rights shall exist for a purchaser until a fully ratified AIRCRAFT SALES AGREEMENT and acceptable deposit have been tendered with a reputable escrow company. Full terms of sale available at: www.omnijet.com/terms

Once you place a bid, you may not retract it. In some states, it is illegal to win an auction and not purchase the item. In other words, don't bid unless you are prepared to place the aircraft into pre-buy inspection and buy it.

If you are the high bidder, you are expected to: 1) Enter into a definitive Aircraft Sales Agreement within 3 business days; 2) Place a refundable One Hundred Thousand US Dollar good faith deposit with Insured Aircraft Title Service and; 3) Pay for the cost of movement and technical inspection in advance.

At the end of the auction, if the minimum reserve has been met, the highest bidder will be given the first opportunity to purchase the aircraft at the highest bid price. In the event that the highest bidder defaults by not placing a refundable deposit and entering into a definitive purchase agreement within 3 business days, then the prior bidders shall be given the same opportunity to purchase the aircraft under similar terms in the order of highest bidder.
